American casino developer Full House Resorts has recently announced the appointment of Brandon Lenssen as the new vice president and general manager of Chamonix Casino Hotel in Cripple Creek, Colorado. With almost thirty years of experience in the gaming industry, Lenssen’s expertise is expected to contribute significantly to the property’s goal of providing a top-tier gaming experience.

Full House Resorts revealed that Lenssen, known for his extensive background in gaming, will be joining the Chamonix team pending standard gaming approvals. He was praised as a seasoned professional ideal for the position.
Prior to this role, Lenssen held the position of vice president and general manager at Quick Custom Intelligence, where he implemented data-driven strategies that improved gaming performance, marketing efforts, and player engagement for various casinos. He also served as vice president and general manager at Bally’s Black Hawk, overseeing three casino properties in the Denver metropolitan area.
During his tenure at Bally’s, Lenssen worked closely with regulatory bodies and slot providers to introduce a seamless TITO ticketing solution across multiple casino licenses, enhancing operational efficiency and customer experiences.

Hire Receives Inducement Equity Award
The compensation committee of Full House Resorts’ board has approved an inducement equity award of 24,213 restricted shares to Lenssen as part of his appointment. These shares will vest on the anniversary dates of his appointment in 2026, 2027, and 2028.
This award is separate from the company’s 2015 Equity Incentive Plan.
